Full of Magic
The Santa experience at Cois na hAbhainn far surpassed any others we have have had. It was so personal and full of magic. Just brilliant!
Would highly recommend
Visited Santa as a group, brilliant experience the kids loved it, the staff are lovely and the elves, Heidi, Mrs Claus and Santa are excellent at entertaining the kids, lots of time and attention to detail, made it really magical for the small kids, would highly recommend a visit to Santa at cois na habhann
Loved the Elfies
My son loved the Santa experience and can't wait to go back next year. The whole experience is very well done and as each family is taken through individually you don't feel like it is rushed or crowded as it is in many places. We all loved the great idea of the elfies at the end too.
11 out of 10
If it was possible give 11 out of 10 for the Santa Experience, it would be so deserved. From the Snow Queen right through the whole journey of meeting Santa, from the postroom to the elves, and Santa's room, the kitchen, the workshop and the winter snow scene with the animals, it was just pure magic, a true personal magic trip for any family. Cannot recommend this experience enough, top class!
I took my 3 year old twins to see Santa for the first time on Saturday. The twins have autism and I was quite concerned about how the visit would go. I had a quick chat with the lady on reception about my concerns and she spoke to the staff for me. I shouldn't have worried, the visit was fantastic with the kids being allowed as much time as they needed to enjoy each room. Santa and Mrs. Claus were very kind and thoughtful and Mustard, Custard, Heidi and Ellie were upbeat and fun, just what kids want. The lighting was subdued and the noise level was comfortable. I would certainly encourage any parent of a child with ASD to visit Santa here. Saturday's visit may be the start of a family tradition.
"You can be sure of a relaxing cup of coffee and a friendly smile in the Bay Tree Cafe. And the sort of sweet treats you could get addicted to!"
