What are your opening times?
Monday – Saturday: 9am-5:30pm
Sunday: 12pm-5:30pm
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver nationwide via courier/An Post. Our shipping times vary depending on stock level and availability, but endeavour to ship as fast as possible.
I can’t find a product on the online store. Is it out of stock?
We are still working hard to add our many products to the online store, but not everything is available right now. If there is something you wish to enquire about, please email us at info@coisnahabhann.ie or call 053 938 2970.
Can you help me understand which plants I should buy?
Our garden experts are on hand to help you make the right decision, and understand your purchase. You can call us on 053 938 2970 to speak to one of our garden experts.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not satisfied with a product, or believe it is defective, please get in touch with us so we can evaluate the situation.
What Covid restrictions do you have in place?
We have a hand sanitising station at the entrance to the building. Social distancing measures and strict mask policy is in place at all times.
Is the Bay Tree Restaurant open?
Yes The Bay Tree Restaurant is Open Monday to Saturday 9 – 5:30 and Sundays 12-5:30.
Are you doing Breakfast with Santa this year?
Yes We are indeed doing Breakfast & Dinner with Santa in the newly renovated Bay Tree Restaurant. Santa will be here on the following dates December 10th, 11th, 17th & 18th . To book please click here .
