The sheer joy of this mixture is the wide and multiple colour range. It gives you so many different pot plants from one packet of seed and they couldn’t be easier to grow. Superb house or greenhouse pot plant. Bedding plants for warm but shady positions. Height 45cm (18in).
Sowing
Sow at any time of the year at 21 -24C (70-75F) in a good seed compost. Sow seed on surface of compost and gently firm down. Keep soil damp but not wet. Do not exclude light. After sowing, sealing in a polythene bag is beneficial. Germination usually takes 10-20 days.
When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into 8cm (3in) and finally 15cm (6in) pots.
